Last 3 times I have been there I have spent a good 20 minutes sitting in the drive thru line. Maybe six cars in front of me. You would think by the time you get to window to pick up food it would be ready, NOPE, still wait a few more minutes at that window.
Honestly Impressed.. took a break at work to bicycle over for a small snack. They've really renovated the place and the attitudes. I got a 4 piece nugget and value fry. 2 bucks and was a fine filler till dinner.
They're a little "hood" at times. And should really now the difference between crispy chicken and grilled chicken. Some if the employees need to learn some manners, stop acting like they're on the block and behave as if they're at a place business. What you do on your own time is your own business, but when I'm a paying customer, I expect the service to be professional.
Very slow. Instead of fast food should be slow food. Place is not clean. Very bad service.
Not sure what happened to this Wendy's in last month or two. But it is poorly run.
Crew is NOT friendly AT ALL! Person handing out food didn't say 1 word! Plus we always get something that isn't cooked right, today it was the fries-half raw! Before, it was the burgers or chili meat that were half raw. Will not be returning to this location, after multiple bad experiences with rude staff and uncooked food, will avoid Wendy's from now on. Get new drive thru staff and teach them how to say "hello" & "thank you", & how to cook the food so it's safe and tastes good. No excuses for that behavior!
