Staff has always been polite and cheerful. I have also found the dining area to be clean.
Great food, awesome employees, and fast service. The only thing I discovered is if you place an online order always double check it before you leave. The have made a couple mistakes, but always made a big effort to correct it.
I have been disappointed by this location once and that was back when they first opened. They have solid service and with the addition of online ordering is definitely a solid lunch or dinner destination.
I ate here often before i moved. They hooked me up with extra meat all the time. Fresh as always. If i am ever back visiting friends, i would come back here for lunch or something.
