I dropped my engagement ring and wedding band off in the morning to be re-dipped, the services were completed to perfection, and I was able to pick my rings up that afternoon! Previously, I had taken my rings to another jeweler in Sycamore to have these same services done. They took two weeks to complete the work and they did not do the work properly (if at all). I could still see the yellow beneath the white gold. So, thank you, Becky Beck's, for fixing my rings beautifully and restoring my faith in quality, local jewelers. You have a forever customer in me!

Had my first experience with the store and could not be more pleased!! I had broken a gold chain that my cross was on. I LOVED it!! I thought for sure there was no fixing it and would have to replace it (wasn't cheap!).
I called Suzanne, who was very helpful and informative and explained YES it can not only be fixed, but fixed to look like new!! I've thrown away so many chains over the years ~ not any more!!
Took it in on a Tuesday morning and it was ready by afternoon! Bill did a BEAUTIFUL job fixing it, as well as the clasp and cleaning it. When I got it back, it looked brand new!! Can't even tell where the chain had broken! Unbelievable!
