Rented a car that was given to me with a full tank of gas. Returned the car and filled the tank at the i88 oasis before returning it ( about 5 miles sway). Was charged $13 for that fuel and never told about it. Said my car was good when I returned it but then I saw my credit card charge and called. Crazy that they charged me 13 for maybe .2 gallon. I had a Versa that gets over 30mpg. Also crazy how they didn't tell me about it and just charged my card.

I was so dissatisfied with the service I received. The young lady who assisted me had poor customer service skills. I rented a family van because I planned a weekend trip to Chicago for my daughter's birthday. When I got into the van it was FILTHY! I swear it was human hair, animal hair, dirt, dust and it had a foul odor. When I pointed out the filth, the Rep was very nonchalant in her response trying to convince me the car was cleaned out. My daughter was so excited and was looking forward to her weekend of fun so I couldn't refuse the vehicle without any other alternative but I did take pictures of that mess and I will be reaching out to a Manager, Monday morning to address my concerns. This experience was totally unacceptable! I had to buy car freshener to diffuse the foul smell, I didnt even use the trunk because it was animal hair everywhere. Although, the vehicle didn't break down on me, the van kept warning me the car was due for an oil change(took a picture of that too). I'll be back to post another review if my experience with the Manager doesn't go well

Had vehicles got me set up really quick and took good care of me. The only reason they didn't get a five star was they couldn't come get me in a reasonable time frame.

This location is great. Tom Connor does a great job at managing this location and has always been very helpful with the many car rentals I have had this year.

These people have no idea what they are doing. State Farm reserved a SUV for me while my vehicle was being repaired. They gave me a tiny little car that I can't fit all of my children in. I now don't have a vehicle to get around in. The vehicle given is also very dirty!!

    This location is great. Tom Connor does a great job at managing this location and has always been very helpful with the many car rentals I have had this year.
