I had a good experience renting again from Enterprise. The car was ready on time. I received an upgrade at no extra charge, which is appreciated. But no one showed me how to raise the driver's seat which was a great inconvenience. A family member finally figured out how to raise the seat. My only complaint is that cars rented at Enterprise have not been that clean, and this one in particular smelled like smoke which greatly bothered family members riding in the car, some of whom have asthma.

Never have any problem here. Staff very helpful.

My husband reserved a car rental through Enterprise over the weekend and received email confirmation of his reservation. When I went to pick it up Monday morning at 7:45am I was informed that they were all booked out and were unable to honor my rental request. The agent said they don't get notifications of rental requests until normal business hours and just left my husband a message shortly after 7 that morning. When I asked what they could do his only suggestion was to call and drive 45 min to an hour for a possible other car rental option or wait until closing at their location for another car. They did NOT deliver promised services and have TERRIBLE system logistics. An unfortunate recipe for unsatisfied customers. We used to love Enterprise and it was our go-to for business travel but until something changes I'll be taking our business elsewhere.

I am extremely dissatisfied with the customer service of Enterprise. They did not deliver promised service. My family reserved a car online last weekend for out of town travels, when we arrived to pick up said vehicle they reported it was no longer available and that their system had not been updated. This was after receiving a confirmation email . Their only option for me in their lot was a cargo delivery van for my sister and my two-year-old niece definitely, not an appropriate option. I do not plan on utilizing Enterprise services again.

Very smooth process, the customer service was great and so friendly. The vehicle I was given was beautiful. This branch has improved 100 percent from 2 years ago. Very satisfied with the service.
