When I placed our order I was bummed we couldn't exactly order two 5 buck specials to same table but they told me of another special that worked out even better and left us enough to take home, that our young adult son loved. They give you a very nice cardboard box for pizza leftovers. Most places give you a styrofoam small container that you have to stack pizza on top of each other. Nope not at pizza pros. Box was big enough for ours.
Baked cheese nuggets are amazing and it's definitely one of the best pizza places in town. Parking lot is small and there's no reserved spot for carry out- so I had to park next door and walk over. Business is good for a reason though.
Can't wait to go back again. Thanks Pizza pros for great service. You rock! Everyone in DeKalb should make you their pizza go place. Oh also the flavor of each item we ordered was awesome. They also give you large glasses for pop. Yum!!!
My favorite place for super-thin cracker crust pizza in the entire world. Fresh toppings, excellent sauce and just the right amount of cheese layered on top of the tastiest, crispiest, thinnest pizza crust anywhere. Seriously, if you're a fan of ultra-thin crust pizza then you HAVE to give Pro's a try.
Food was good, service was also good, but the parking is poor.
The restaurant also has a nice laid-back bar with gorgeous bartenders and waitstaff, and different food and drink specials every day. The rest of their menu is also quite good, their baked pastas in particular are excellent. A wide selection of entrees and a ton of good appetizers can be had too, perfect food for watching the Cubs or Bears and having a beer or Coke. Hand-tossed pizza crust is also available here, and also delicious, but the cracker is what you want here. Trust me.
The beef roll, beer nuggets, and upside down pizza are amazing.
Despite eating some stuff that you expect to be greasy, the food here comes off really clean and isn't a soppy/greasy mess.
Prices are very reasonable and we have decided this is the only place we want to eat at when we make our visit twice a year for thr event we attend.
Extremely nice staff. We were on the road heading into Dekalb, but we were running late on time to get to our event. We wanted to eat here because it's close to where we head to in that area and very easy to get to. So I called to see if I could place our order over phone so it would be ready shortly after we arrived so we could make it to our meeting.
This place is a staple in DeKalb and has been around for 20+ years. To make it that long in a college town where pizza places come and go means that they know their stuff. Stop by and say hi to Wendy, she's a great bartender
Very, very, very, clean inside, easy to park, lots of parking, friendly staff who smile also. They reserved a table for us without even asking. Nice inside, with not having to sit to close to anyone, meaning nice and comfortable surroundings. Very relaxing going there. Tons of tvs with a variety of sports on playing on them.
