I drove all the way to this hospital for outpatient surgery and arrived at about 5:00 a.m. I was greeted in a friendly and professional manner by the staff. My surgeon was about an hour late due to a small error, but the nurses kept me warm and very comfortable while we waited. Once surgery was over and I was well enough to travel back home, a discharge nurse asked me if I wanted to take home a cup of chicken noodle soup. It was so nice of her to ask and the soup was great! What a warm gesture. Thank you so much - you did a great job!
if i could give 0 stars i certainly would.... if anyone else has had any "service"from Dr Y Kim then you must know that he is horrible! my mother in law was sent home with stroke symptoms after we shared our concerns with him, he never even looked at her, never suggested any tests to rule it out, just sent her home! she passed away 6 weeks later
I dislocated my arm and waited 30 minutes for a ambulance to come. After arriving to the hospital, the emergency room staff could care less about my dislocated arm and instead interrogated me about my medical insurance. I was in excruciating pain for a total of 58 minutes and ultimately popped my arm in myself. I attempted to leave because I felt as though they did not help me and they threatened to call the police. I do not recommend this place even if you are dying.
The ER isn't as bad as people have said. The Doctors & Nurses that I have encountered doing the times that I've gotten sick have been extremely nice & they took great care of me. Same goes for the care that my kids have received as well. Today my brother & I went to his outpatient visit and the staff were friendly, and did an awesome job taking care of my brother doing his appointment. His nurse was a guy named John & he was awesome. He attended to my brother, was patient, he explained the procedure where my brother was able to understand it better, and answered any questions and concerns that we had. Dr. Studio & the other Nurses that came in & out of the area did a fantastic job as well.
