The Town of Dekalb is Great
Great service down side is the hours online are wrong. On line it says they're open til 9 p.m. However they're open til 7 p.m. At the store. So hopefully in the near future they will correct this minor issue that may cause issues again later on the road for someone else.
The people that work here truly care about the shoppers who come in. If something isn't right, they will do everything possible to make it a positive outcome. Though Sear's corporate is going through some financial issues, and I still haven't gotten over the fact their Craftman tools are now made in China, this DeKalb Hometown Sears store will have my business for a long time.
Don't go to Rent-a-Center or Aaron's until you stop here first! See Teri Kenyon and ask about their "Lease it Program". I bought a Kenmore canister vacuum today. They were so helpful and helped me by plugging in different models I liked.
