I took my two nieces there today to celebrate one of them that we're having a birthday the girls that did are pedicures were fantastic until the end when the owner started coming in and rushing them to finish so they could move on to other customers. I was not even finished and she took my water and moved it to another station that she moved my niece out of and wanted me to switch so that two more clients could sit next to each other apparently they needed to hold hands that is sarcasm. There were two empty stations next to each other about 5 feet away and apparently she didn't want to use them I will never subject myself or my family to go there again it was so rude the way we were treated at the end of our visit. We stood out front to dry are nails.
Overall, they seem "okay" as far as customer service goes. The manager cracks a bit under pressure. She also painted one of my toenails poorly. They are a bit overpriced. It is a nice facility, though. I would recommend they get some sort of ventilation in there. My acrylic French manicure is pretty. I think I'd consider going back for my fingernails, and the Honey Princess pedicure.
I don't even give them one star I just has to put something on there to be able to post. I went there on this past Saturday I got the most horrible nail job ever. The guy that did my nails didn't know what he was doing and when I complained he had the nerve to tell me he was done with me. He didn't even finish the job. The owner I can say was nice she did take them off for me free of charge but the way the guy treated me was so unprofessional. I kept telling him he was doing it wrong I've gotten my nails done several time. I knew what he was doing was wrong I guess he didn't like that I was telling him the job he was doing wasn't correct. You should really listen to your customers! I'll never go back and I'll never recommend this place to anyone! I should of listened to the people that told me not to go there!
I went today and received poor customer service. The lady technician TT and another lady were asking me if I ate and if fed by babies because I’m small to be having twins. They talked about my friend and I the whole time on their language . My feet were not what I expected still had dry skin and one toe was burning. They were just concerned about getting the money. Didn’t even take us to try our toes. I would not recommend going their because of poor customer service and not satisfied with the work done.
My $15 manicure lasted maybe 10 mins. Tina barely filed my nails, hardly rubbed the lotion on, no cuticle softener was used and no hot towels. They stood over me while I was trying to pick a polish color and I felt very rushedTake your money elsewhere!
