Well organized and well stocked. There is usually a wait to check out but nothing too unreasonable.
I needed help in fabrics and both employees ignored me. Seriously I would have gotten fired at my job if I was ruid. This isn't the first time this happened. Its as simple as this you lost a customer and my money. About 75% of your staff are rude. Fix that and maybe people will be nicer
Black Friday, Black Death--Why at 9:30 Friday Morning did staff already deviate from the advertised deals map and move all the stock around? DVDs/Blu-rays were DUMPED into large bins forcing customers to rummage through hundreds of cases when it should only take a moment to see if what you want is available! Also, didn't have limit on $28 tablets when they only had 36 in stock (sold out online in the first 30 minutes). They should want customers be able to come in, get what they want, and checkout. They obviously don't want to provide real customer service! Have only one person at service desk and LONG LINES!!!
That many stars cause it's Walmart. It has just about anything. However, the auto Dept service, not a big fan. I'd say it can be improved.
It's a fine Walmart. Nothing special. I have found that some of the people in the auto center can be pretty unhelpful. Edit: actually had 2 more experiences at the auto center and Marshall is WAY better than the people who used to work there (not sure if they still do).
