My experience at this place has been great!! Due to Firestone putting the wrong spark plug in my engine I started having troubles on the road, over here they were able to diagnose the problem quickly and get it fixed in a timely manner with way more honest prices than firestone!! I highly recommend 100%
I have been having an issue with my car for a couple of months now, and was told I need to replace my differential bar or just have my transmission rebuilt which would be better and also cost more. I wanted to get a second opinion because I had a feeling that's not what was wrong with my car. Motor Works confirmed it's not my transmission or my differential bar, it was a part that I had just replaced approximately a year ago. They did have my car all day, I had to call them to check on the status of my car. I was totally fine with the fact I had to call, many facilities are busy and they forget. The second time I called I asked if they could replace my headlight since it was out the guy told me it was fine he would have it taken care of. When I arrive to pick up my car the lady explained in great detail the issues with my car and what was not wrong with it (the trans). By the time she was done giving me all the information I had asked if my headlight was changed since the total was $0. I was informed it had not been done, they took care of it right away once she was told that the guy forgot to let them know. It took a couple minutes to fix the headlight it was no big deal to me. I am very glad I brought my car in to get a second opinion about my transmission and when the time comes that it needs to be replaced I will bring my car back!

I highly recommend Motor Works. Their shop has the best staff and repairs done efficiently. Very knowledgeable and explained everything so I understood why the repair was needed. They did not try to talk me into more than what my car needed, but made some recommendations for my next visit. Love this shop!!!
