The service me and my friend received was amazing. We worked with Ashley Salerno and her customer service was amazing. She was very thorough, extremely helpful, even though my fiance questioned her on everything. She was very knowledgeable of the process and excellent at explaining. My car is doing good. I have only had it for a few days but i did realize that the tire was a little low once I made it back into Aurora. And I need my back brakes done, but it is much better than being without a car. Broke everything down so purchasing the car & understanding every thing was easy. Also was quick & I wasn't stuck here for a long time.
My girlfriend and I bought a car here and within days the check engine light was on, the traction control was screwed, and the transmission was about to give up on us. We tried getting it in for a service check and they weren't "able" to look at it for two weeks.. Ashley asked if it seemed like a life or death situation, as if that's how to determine when a car you just bought needs work done. Went to refund the car, didn't get our deposit or anything back. They tried telling us we couldn't return it. The guy tried duping us into just leaving the keys there and taking off. But we actually signed the form that was faxed in first. It counted as a repossession and we lost money and took a credit hit. The guy tried intimidating us by saying we'll have to go to court and the car would be auctioned. Terrible experience and rude people. Originally Ashley was really nice, but after the sale and during our few visits after she was absolutely awful and rude, not to mention very ghetto. Unless you're dirt poor and have absolutely no other options I'd avoid this place at all costs.
